Improper Water Project in NYC - Saturday, April 27th

Please join us on Saturday, April 27 in New York City to celebrate the development of a clean water drinking well in the Bukedea District of Eastern Uganda. The infamous man band Lovebutter will be jamming, followed by DJ sets from Sabbia, DJ Sun, and Kelly Lucas. Fine artist Vineta Rendler will be exhibiting a new series of works honoring the flora endemic to Eastern Uganda. Drinks will be flowing and pizza will be provided. Each attendee will get 1 drink ticket. All drink tickets expire at 6 pm.

Our goal for this event is to use the ticket sales to fund a clean water well in a region of Uganda that experiences extreme drinking water contamination and water insecurity. Proceeds from ticket sales are going to Hope 4 Kids International, a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has successfully drilled more than 1,000 wells throughout Uganda.

What: We are organizing a grocery pick-up and delivery service for people over 65 years of age (people most at-risk) living in Los Angeles. Our goal is to decrease the instances of coronavirus exposure for at-risk individuals by delivering groceries to their homes. 

When: Friday, May 8th, from 2pm - 6pm

Where: Los Angeles, CA

How: Please fill out the attached Google form to provide the information for the delivery.

Payment: Venmo, Zelle, or check are the only accepted payment methods. Our delivery service is completely free, and we are only charging the exact amount on the grocery receipt. 

Deadline: Please place weekly orders by Wednesday night at 5pm.
