Producing sustainable goods to fund clean water solutions.

Inadequate access to clean water threatens every part of the planet. It’s a global problem that requires global cooperation.

Our mission is to produce sustainable clothing and other goods, inspired by LA’s coastal urban culture, to fund clean drinking water wells and water stations around the world.

Built by students. Made for everyone.

We are a Los Angeles-based organization created in 2019 by a group of UCLA, USC, and UC Berkeley students.

Want to support the mission?

By purchasing one of our sustainable products—that are made with organic and recycled cotton, recycled polyester, bamboo, and hemp—you will be supporting the development of one of our clean water projects.

At Improper Etiquette, we hope to make a significant difference in historically underserved communities.
